So a couple days back I made a post on Linked saying how we should change our mindset from consuming things to producing things, basically to summarize the post the idea was - In order to build wealth, it's important to focus on producing rather than consuming. This means finding ways to add value to others and generate income, such as starting a business, providing a service, creating content or products, or investing in your education. It's important to choose something you are passionate about and that adds value to others, and to be disciplined and consistent in your efforts. Some specific examples of producing and building wealth include starting a business based on a skill or passion, offering a valuable skill or expertise as a service, and creating and selling content or products.
Now since you have the context, I have been thinking about this a lot lately and I think 2023 for me is going to be about producing. What am I going to produce you ask? Well, Ever since I was 14, I wanted to start a Youtube Channel and I did start a Youtube channel back in school days but I was just too shy and afraid that people are gonna find out my channel and that would be embarrassing, So I deleted the couple of videos I had uploaded (I wish I had them private instead of deleting ). Now you know that I have a desire to start a Youtube channel, let me tell you I also have one more bigger desire than that and it is to start a Business. I want to start a business, yeah that’s right and since I’m heavily skilled in digital marketing, I want to start a business around that.
So a Youtube Channel and a Business, Let me tell you that up until now I had no idea about what kind of content I would publish on Youtube but this idea just clicked in my brain this morning about creating a Youtube Channel and start filming your business journey day by day, start telling people about your experience, the challenges that I’ll face and make it overall an enjoyable experience for the viewers by sharing my daily life.
