I was handling a PPC campaign for Yancey Power Systems.
Me and my CSM (Client Success Manager) were working on improving the performance of Yancey's account and I was given a task to identify areas where we can optimize the campaign. I did a thorough keyword research on this account and came up with a list of keywords which I thought could improve the campaign's performance. We saw a significant growth in traffic and lead volume after we implemented KW changes, which resulted in lower cost per lead. CPL lowered from $336.00 to $96.00.
